Muesli Bars

Simple to make Muesli Bar recipe

3 cups of Muesli
1 tin condensed milk

How to make

Measure 3 cups of your favourite muesli mix
into a mixing bowl.

Add 1 tin condensed milk.

Mix together.

Line baking dish with baking paper to size.
Pour mixture into baking dish.

Spread and Press into shape.

Bake in oven at 160 ...

for 15 to 20 minutes.

Allow to cool and slice.

Ready to taste.

Banana Smoothie

How to make a Banana Smoothie

What you will need:
2 whole bananas 
1 cup of milk
1 tub of vanilla yoghurt 
(we used apricot flavour)

You will need an adult to work the blender

How to make: 
Pour all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until banana smoothie thickens. Pour into plastic cups and have a taste.
